After a long drive yesterday, with plenty of stops, we made over 600 miles of driving (out of 1060 miles total). More than half way there!!!
The logistics of traveling with 3 dogs, a cat and a kid in two cars is immense... Things that made it easier: Handheld radios so Cristy and I could talk whenever we wanted, LaQuinta Inns (cause they're cheap and always allow pets), and Dramamine!!! Gonna buy stock in Dramamine!!! You wouldn't believe how easy it made it dealing with the animals (who slept most of the way).
6 AM, and we've been up for an hour, packing and drugging the animals... Just taking them for a walk is a pain!!!
