Empty Nest Syndrome

Today I actually got to see the baby birds living on our porch fly for the first time. Juliet noticed first saying "look Mommy, a baby bird".

I assumed when I looked out that it would just be the Mommy bird but sure enough, there were all the scraggly little baby birds taking off one at a time.

They haven't been back since and I doubt they will be. I'm sad to see them go but so happy that we were able watch the process from the building of the nest to them flying away.

Bye little birds!!!!

Also, today the goat house was completed. I hope to have new pics tomorrow of them inside.
