Annular Eclipse

Tonight is an annular eclipse where the moon crosses in front of the sun. We were able to get an amazing view of it thanks to Dad's welding mask.

Something even cooler: you can view the eclipse near a shade tree. The many pinholes formed by overlapping leaves will create hundreds of images of the moon crossing in front of the sun as seen on the side of Mom & Dad's car. Really neat.
