> Juliet was feeling just a touch under the weather this morning. No fever or anything like that, just not feeling good. So she snuggled with her stuffed animals and read a book until it was time to get dressed and go.

Stomp, stomp, stomp

Grandma Thwing sent 3 boxes filled with clothes and toys that we left in Vegas from our trip last month. It was like Christmas with Juliet going from one thing to the next, so excited to have new things to play with.

Most notably were the rubber boots she has on here. The second she saw them it was "shoes, shoes, shoes" until I put them in her. Then she lumbered around the room in them like a mini-Godzilla stepping on anything that got in her way.

Mad Men Style!

This weekend I attended a friend/co-workers wedding. As you'll see below, I decided to go retro for the event.

The bride was beautiful, the groom was dashing, and a good time was had by all.

I haven't posted any new pics in the last few days as we've been working to get back on East Coast time and into our old routine. We're still a little tired but are looking forward to a nice weekend where we can relax and have some fun and take some new pics to put on the blog.

I led myself to believe that having yesterday to recoup from our return trip would be enough. I was mistaken. I'm using every once of energy I have today to stay awake. Look at those eyes - it's like I'm sleeping with my eyes open. ......I wish I was sleeping......... *thud of head falling on desk*

Home Sweet Home

A little groggy this morning but awake and enjoying some snuggly time in our bed while Mommy attempts to wake up and get ready for work.

If only.....

If only she could have slept like this on the plane. I won't go into details, but the flight home was exhausting. Juliet finally went to sleep a few hours after takeoff. Here she is napping during our layover in NY.
